Balance for Bunker shots
Hitting Bunker shots requires a quiet lower body. Here is a fitness tip, stand in your golf stance as you were about to address the golf ball. Cross your arms, and place your hands on the opposite shoulders. Now balance on one leg and while remaining in your golf stance, then rotate your upper body slowly into your backswing and then into your follow through. Try to keep your lower body still. Repeat 10 times on each leg. Try this exercise before your bunker practice session.
