How To Keep From Collapsing on the Back Nine

If you are having a great front nine, but find yourself falling apart (leaking oil) on the back nine, try keeping your mind off the final score. Try to focus playing one shot at a time. Keep your score to yourself.  The more you verbalize your round, the harder it is to keep focusing on the process.  Stay focus on your pre-shot routine.  This will help you find your game, it will also re-focus you.
