Having good balance helps your body to turnand shift weight more effectively, helps in making a smooth transition from thebackswing to the downswing and allows your body to create more club head speed.Improving your balance takes time and practice and it doesn't just happenovernight. Balance is justlike muscle strength, you need to work at it or you will lose it. Lets’ work on your balance, Stand in your golf posture withfeet shoulder width apart holding a medicine ball chest high or your golf club.Lift one leg up behind you. Simply hold this position for 30 seconds withoutswaying or touching your lifted foot on the ground. Repeat exercise on theopposite leg.
Lets’ work on your balance, Challenge yourself by repeatingthis exercise standing on a wobble board or Aero Mat. The even surface willchallenge you balance and strengthen your core.
