Proper Weight Distribution
Let's talk foundation of the golf swing, the setup will eliminate a major percentage of the problems that can arise during the golf swing. Weight distribution is the most important element of your setup, ensuring that you have correct balance follow these three simple rules:
First. During address, make sure that your weight is balanced on both sides and front to back. Make sure your heels are about shoulder width apart at address.
Second. Have your knees flex slightly and bend forward from the hips, your weight should feel more centered and more towards the balls of your feet.
Third. Arms should hang freely, now your body is in the most athletic position to stay in balance during your golf swing. At any time your feel off balance, start this process over until you feel comfortable over the golf ball.
